Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Feniks Sp. z o.o. was established in 1984.

For 25 years of its business activity, the Company has dealt with housing construction as Substitute Investor, General Contractor or Developer.

Our long-standing experience gained in the complex execution of numerous investment projects related to public buildings lets us take up many technically intricate and responsible investments.

The Company’s office is located in a building owned thereby, in Katowice, at ul. Małachowskiego 16.

Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Feniks Sp. z o.o. accepts orders for the execution of housing projects, as well as public buildings, as General Contractor. We also manage investments as Substitute Investor.

Our Company has participated in the construction of several dozen small and large housing estates built on a complex basis.
Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Feniks Sp. z o.o. operates all over Poland, including Warsaw, Łódź, Silesia, by constructing structures of various finishing standards, from social apartments through to apartment houses and residences.

We carried out housing projects in Hamburg, Germany, in 1996-1988, in a reinforced concrete skeleton technology based on PERI system shuttering.

All our projects, mainly multi-family buildings, are built based on reinforced concrete construction and DOKA, RINGER, PERI shuttering.

Our services comprise:

the execution of TURNKEY projects, from a concept and a design through to complex tasks.

As General Contractor, we are responsible for:

• completing necessary documents required to commence a construction;

•  developing and verifying project documentation;

•  developing a work organisation and construction site management plan;

•  performing and coordinating works in a comprehensive manner;

•  concluding agreements and cooperating with the best specialised work providers;

•  supplying necessary materials, devices and equipment;

•  performing investor’s supervision;

•  final settlements and project commissioning.

WORKS CARRIED OUT BY US COVER:

• all construction, installation and finishing works, i.e. earthworks, woodwork, reinforcing works, reinforcing monolithic works in traditional and system shuttering, brickwork and flooring, wall and roof lining in new technologies, installing steel, aluminium and PVC fittings;
     
• territorial development: water, sewage system, central heating, gas, power, technical and telecommunications cabling;
    
•  internal installations: water and sewage system, gas, central heating, electricity;
   
• installation of fittings in accordance with individual orders;
   
• estate infrastructure, architectural features, greenery;
   
• pavements: roads, squares, car parks.

The Company can perform a wide range of housing projects, which, together with its experienced engineering and technical staff and own specialised teams of professionals, like bricklayers, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters working under employment contracts, guarantees the top quality of our services.

At present, the Company employs 362 persons, including 43 engineers and technicians.
We own modern machines and specialised equipment, including excavators, loader excavators, cranes, trucks, compactors and large resources of tools and electrical instruments. To meet our production goals, we own workshops and warehouses of 25 000 m².

While performing orders as General Contractor and acting as Developer, the Company applies first rate building materials, completes projects on a timely basis based on long-term guarantee periods, putting emphasis on high quality and aesthetic work performance.
Taking into account its further development, Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Feniks Sp. z o.o. intensively looks for land plots for housing construction. We are open to broadly understood cooperation with regard to joint ventures, building production, as well as productions not necessarily connected with the construction industry.

ROK 2005/2006

Construction of three apartment houses with underground garages and service facilities of the total usable area of 17 296.00 m2 in Warsaw, Skarbka z Gór Street – with DOM DEVELOPMENT S.A. as Investor. Application of DOKA shuttering.

Construction of an apartment house and terrace houses in Tychy, Jordana Street. Application of DOKA shuttering.

Construction of three apartment houses and terrace houses in Bielsko-Biała,  Kolista Street. Application of PERI shuttering.

Rok 2004/2005

Construction of three apartment houses with underground garages of the total usable area of 11 296.00 m2 in Łódź-Olechów – with BRE LOCUM as Investor. Application of DOKA shuttering.

Construction of two apartment houses with commercial facilities – eight apartment floors and two garage floors of the total usable area of 16 243.00 m2 in Warsaw Białołęka – with SBM WARDOM as Investor. Application of PERI shuttering.
